Yoga Classes

  • Slow Flow Yoga: Wednesdays at 7:15 p.m. Taught by Myra Rucker. This class eases you through a flowing series of postures that relax and renew the body. Finish with restorative poses and a long savasana. Ongoing. 

 

Classes are $15.00 for a drop-in or a 10-class pass is $140.00.
