Aerial Yoga

Taught by Beth Donley. Unnata® is intended for people with some yoga experience. This class will take you through traditional yoga poses, either partially or fully supported by the hammock. Your own body weight along with the hammock is used together to allow for a deeper stretch and a stronger practice. Your flexibility will increase, your core will strengthen, your posture will improve, and you’ll have loads of fun.
