Join Melinda and Rachel to learn about the intersection of Taoist Chinese Medicine and Movement to help support your body through Summer.

Summer is a time of longer days, more time outside in the sun and more physical activity. In Chinese Medicine, Summer is the season associated with the heart; also known as the "Monarch."  The Monarch governs all; our organs, blood, thoughts, emotions, and spirit. It houses our Shen. The element of summer is fire. In Movement Medicine, Summer is a time to lengthen and open up our heart center, midriff and shoulders.  By combining these two modalities, we can nourish our hearts to maintain balance through this fiery season.

In this workshop, Melinda Van Eeckhout, L. Ac., Dipl. O.M and Rachel Bouchard, STOTT Pilates and Movement Instructor, will combine lecture and movement that you can use on your own.

Snacks and a propietary essential oil blend are included.

Cost is $125.00

Space is limited to 12. Register here.
