Nancy was working as a personal training at a local fitness studio when a friend suggested she join the upcoming Pilates instructor training class. That was back in 1999 and she has been teaching and practicing ever since. The progressive approach to the exercises and the connection of breath to movement resonated with her and she strives to bring variations to each exercise to accommodate individual needs and abilities.

She has completed Stott mat and reformer training and has done additional mat training with the Pilates Method. When she’s not at her full-time job or teaching Pilates, Nancy enjoys walking, practicing yoga, and reading.
